When asthma is part of a family\u2019s everyday life, many carry their own form of pressure \u2014 quiet, constant, and rarely acknowledged.<\/p>\n

My 60+ years, most of it with asthma, and 40+ years of professional work for people with asthma give me the right to offer you a transition from the cautious \u201cliving in sickness\u201d to a fulfilled \u201cliving with the disease\u201d.<\/p>\n

Marine & Alpine<\/strong> Asthma Club<\/h1>\n

Marine & Alpine Asthma Club is a year-round program designed to restore access to activity for individuals whose health condition or age has limited their confidence \u2014 but not their potential.<\/p>\n

Through structured preparation, professional guidance and continuous peer support, participants regain confidence, rediscover aspiration and experience active living in a way that is safe, dignified and personally meaningful.<\/p>\n

Members reclaim access to the sea, the mountains and \u2014 more importantly \u2014 to possibility.<\/p>\n

This is not medical tourism.

            It is extremely important to emphasize that the preparations are not aimed at a joint holiday trip.
            \nEach participant prepares for their individual holiday, and destinations, dates, and all other details are kept confidential.
            \nIf a group of members decides to go on a joint holiday, this is a voluntary choice and an initiative of the members themselves.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>

                At the \u201d Friedensflotten\u201d from Salzburg and Nuremberg, at the \u201d School on Snow\u201d from Salzburg, at the ski school of Hermann Meier and at the association \u201cInto the wind through the silence\u201d from Rijeka, I was able to \u201clook behind the curtain\u201d and see for myself the positive effects of sailing and skiing on sick children and adults.<\/p>\n

                Illustrative and inspiring effect of numbers: In sum, these associations and schools have been operating for over 50 years, and almost 10,000 children and adults have participated!<\/p>\n
